Cold tofu with century egg

Had this at Curry Times

A simple dish. Great welcome on hot sunny days.

My lunch companion and I concluded that we could a make a similar version at home from this :

- Cold tofu straight from the pack
- Sauce (oyster sauce, garlic mash, lime juice)
- Top with century egg, crumbled salted duck egg yolk, Chinese parsley.

For a variation, add pork/chicken floss.
