The family loved this. 

Stated portion is for 5 persons but it can go round ten. There's more than enough gravy and you can use the excess to cook up another pot of additional ingredients to add on to the family feast. 

The waxed meats were tasty but the rice was inferior. 

Other items avaiable include hae zhor and sweet/sour pork

We had the lunch pasta buffet which was $35++. Consists of salad bar, lamp chop, fish & chips, 2 pastas, minestrone soup, mushroom soup; dessert bar of tiramisu, pana cotta, lemon tart; and real good coffee served with a biscotti.

Office popiah

A mini popiah party we had in the office a while ago. 

Homemade turnip and cabbage filling with meat and dried prawns. Served with sides of sweet sauce, chili paste, ground peanuts and lettuce, and of course, popiah skin. 

Simple and cosy.

We continued with home-baking pineapple tarts this year !

Wraps

What we did with leftover condiments from our earlier popiah party. 

We added grilled chicken slices and crab sticks. And threw in some Vietnamese rice paper as wraps.
