Popiah made on a whim on a lazy Monday holiday.
For the bangkuang filling,
- sliced bangkuang
- minced garlic, onion, dried prawn
- soya sauce
- oyster sauce
- water
- oil for frying
Condiments,
- Popiah skin (keep well covered with a damp cloth)
- hard boiled egg cut into pieces
- minced garlic
- prawns, boiled, shelled and sliced
- lettuce leaves, sliced
- corriander leaves
what else to add,
- boiled beansprouts
- ground peanuts
- sweet sauce
- chili paste
