Fried bee hoon and curry chicken
Soak bee hoon in tap water for 1 to 2 hrs
In a wok, fry minced garlic and shallots. Pour in some water and bring to a boil. Pour bee hoon in and cover wok to let simmer for about 5 mins.
Add light soya sauce to taste.
Stir fry till dry.
